Hello, I'm seeing a lot of contest to win Apple products, are any of them legit? There is one on Instagram that says to, download an app to prove your human and you can win a new iphone.

No, any such message will be a scam, with no purpose other than to have you divulge personal/financial information, or download software.
On the internet, you can find a contest, penny auction site, survey give aways, etc, etc for just about any popular consumer product you could name. They are based on the age old premise that there is a sucker born every minute.
Wwhat about the sites that don't ask for anything except to like or share?
they get a like and a share, and you get to like and share them. then you find a picture on google of someone holding a phone and say:
Scruffy Witherspoon jr from PeePaw Valley South Carolina won his iPhone just for liking us!
